Shipping & Returns

We want you to start using your Bali Bag as soon as possible! Here's all the information on how we handle our shipments and what to do if you need to make an exchange or return.

📦 Shipping

  • Delivery times: 1 to 3 business days for the Iberian Peninsula and 1 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe.

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Shipping cost of €19 for Europe and the Canary Islands, and €25 for the rest of the world.

  • Tracking: As soon as your package is in the hands of the courier service, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you know exactly when your dose of summer will arrive.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you change your mind or the color is not what you expected, don't worry, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, clean, and with its original tag.

  • For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns of bags that come with sand, cream stains, or signs of having been used in the pool or at the beach.

How to request it?

  1. Send an email to contactobalibag@gmail.com indicating your order number.

  2. We will explain the steps to send the package back to us. (Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a factory defect).

  3. Once we receive the bag and confirm everything is perfect, we will process the refund to the same payment method you used within 5 to 7 business days.
